1)  Personal and Professional Life Coaching
2)  Recovery Coaching
3)  Tele-coaching for Educators

What are the benefits of tele-coaching and how does it work?
Tele-Coaching is an extremely useful option for busy individuals to receive some coaching in the privacy of their own
homes, at a time which suits them.   As your coach, I offer two ways for you to receive coaching services:  (1) on an
intermittent basis, whereby you pay per session, or (2) on an ongoing, regular basis for as long as you wish to use the
service. For this second option, I do ask for an initial commitment of six months, because that's the time normally needed
for people to become comfortable in moving forward and making changes, and also because it gives time to work more
effectively on the 12 basic areas in life.  At the end of the six months, we re-evaluate our agreement and decide whether or
not to continue.  For those who wish to continue, I offer a discount rate and also am open to unscheduled coaching times
on certain days.

What is Personal and Professional Life Coaching and what are the benefits?
It is a personal gift you can give yourself and is all about you. It involves a personal relationship whereby I use questions
and offer tools and exercises to help you make effective, sustainable life changes to achieve the results you want.    You
and I co-create our professional relationship and proceed from your own agenda.  As your coach, I am your champion,
believing you to be whole, capable, and resourceful.
There are more benefits:  life coaching involves a relatively
short-term commitment, has a  high, long-term impact, is personally uplifting, motivating, and empowering, and is an
excellent complement to other therapy services.

What is Recovery Coaching and what are the benefits?
Recovery Coaching is about coaching people who are dealing with addictions, who may be seeking a way to enter the
recovery process, or who may already be in recovery.  As a Recovery Coach, I do not endorse any
one treatment method over another, and I am familiar with the types of programs available.  In fact, recovery coaching is
a very fine complement to the various recovery programs available.  I fully believe in my clients,
in their strengths and capabilities. I support my clients' choices in becoming healthier, in choosing healthier options,
and/or in staying clean and achieving or maintaining their sobriety or abstinence. As my client,
you are always at choice, and it is your agenda we follow:  from creating the vision you have of yourself,
to developing and following through on goals and action plans, to arriving at the results you want.
Being in recovery is not necessarily an easy path, and I am here to walk along it with you, however
far you want to go.

Tele-Coaching for Educators
As a former teacher of "at risk, learnng disabled, and autistic" youth, I have an understanding of the demands and
pressures made on educators.  So, if you could use some tips or think you would benefit from some coaching by a former
"colleague," then please give me a call.  I may be a helpful support for you.
